Assessment Centers
- Assessment centers are designed to assess the leadership potential of nominated people to hold higher responsibilities in future.
- We first identify the key competencies to be measured and design a series of tests including psychometric tests to evaluate the competencies among the nominated participants.
- We compile and submit a detailed report to the Management for all participants along with recommendations and may also give a feedback to each participant if desired
- Further interventions including a Career Progression Plan for each selected participant may be designed if desired
